Get a private buyer identity for public HTTPS JSON checks. Five eligible checks are free, then each eligible check is USD 1.00. No card is needed to start. No subscription.
PROVED and DISPROVED results count toward the five checks. INCONCLUSIVE results are free and do not use the allowance. Payment buys evidence, never a passing result or permission to act.
The allowance belongs to this buyer identity across test and live use. This is not verified personal identity. Creating a new identity does not restore access to an old one.

Already have buyer access?
Choose the private buyer access file you saved earlier. Its name is noticer-private-buyer-access.json. This works on a phone or a computer.
The file is read in this browser. Only its key is sent to this service in a private Authorization header.
Your buyer access
Use this key as an Authorization: Bearer header when preparing an order. Each order also has its own private receipt-access token. Keep both. Never put either key in a URL.
Creating buyer access does not authorize a payment. Review and approve a specific purchase when your free allowance is used.
Prepare a public JSON check
Both URLs must be public HTTPS JSON on the same origin, with no credentials or query strings. Use a distinct known-good control. Private pages, browser journeys and arbitrary code are not supported.
